Step 1. Carpet Cleaning Needs Analysis

Step 2. Price Quote

Once we have an understanding of your NEEDS, we will then take measurements and present you with a quote for the entirety of the job. No surprises. No hidden fees. You will know the cost before we start cleaning. 

Step 3. Particulate Extraction

Thorough vacuuming is an important part of the process as, using our powerful commercial units; it removes the particulate soils that contaminate your carpets. 

Step 4. Pre-spray

Pre-spray the areas to be cleaned with our Green Seal Certified soil emulsifying solution called Procyon. This is our main cleaning solution that turns soils contaminating your carpet into a liquid form ready for the extraction process. Additionally, Procyon is not a soap based product, and in fact removes soap residues allowing for longer times between cleaning. Carpets stay cleaner, longer with our process

Step 5. Deep Scrubbing Process

Once an area is appropriately sprayed, and has been allowed the proper dwell time, it is time for a deep scrubbing. We use a specially designed scrubbing brush attached to a high velocity floor machine to safely and deeply agitate 100% of the fibers, allowing even the most deeply routed contaminates to be brought to the surface.

Step 6. Extraction

Utilizing the most absorbing fibers known, all natural cotton, we then “bonnet extract” the soil from your carpets. This is an extremely effective step as the emulsified soil, soap residues from previous cleaning systems, and solution cannot help but be absorbed into our specially designed bonnets. Once the soils are absorbed, they cannot be released, making this one of the most effective combinations for soil and contaminate extraction known.

Step 7. Grooming

Once your carpets are clean and spot free we then groom the fibers for accelerated drying and uniform look. This is usually when we hear “…it looks like they just put new carpet in!” The effectiveness of Quick Dry Solutions mean that there is no need to soak your carpets so dry times with our process average around 2 hours.
